• All wigs will be unboxed and inspected on camera to document their condition upon arrival.

• Wigs must be in a serviceable state (e.g., no severe damage or irreparable issues).

• If a wig is deemed unserviceable, you will be contacted immediately to discuss options.

• Turnaround time is 7 days starting from when we receive and inspect your wig.
